Over 5,000 people in six different languages have experienced the power of the Transformation Simulator. It is the most innovative, hands-on, educational simulation of its kind. Everyone that participates gets a new job in a company called SLEGO Industries. From the CEO to the employees in the fabrication department, all are needed to make the monthly goals and objectives. For advanced, custom simulations, we also have a CFO, Purchasing and Suppliers. We even break out an ERP system called, snOracle.

SYNOPSIS
This one day session covers many critical aspects of the obstacles, challenges and solutions to growth and prosperity in any organization. With a combination of simulations and team break-out activities the day is a highly effective and fun learning experience. Course subject matter highlights are as follows: 
  • Accelerated Growth: In most organizations, growth requires stress and pain. For that reason, often, the majority of an organization doesn’t want to grow. You will experience how to get your people excited, passionate and working toward a prosperous, growth based future.
  • Dreaming BIG! One of the curses of organizational improvement is that 'dreams' are reduced to mere goals and objectives that are small. Low targets can be achieved just through working harder. Crazy goals and objectives are achievable but will require dreams, imagination, creativity and changing the design of the system. Together, we learn how.
  • Organizational System Design: We will learn how significant business results can only be achieved by changes to the design of organizational systems and processes. Results such as, financial, quality, new product development, customer satisfaction, behaviors, leadership, and others.
  • Cybernetics, Action Science and Trauma: Understanding some of the roots of human behavior is critical to success in a transformation initiative. Learn about a little known science that began in the 1940’s that focuses on the critical nature of understanding communication, language and culture. A simple cultural assessment can be provided to employees.
  • Disciplines of Leadership: Highly effective working sessions are performed in small group break-outs, based on leadership development conducted around the world. A leadership team self-assessment can be provided to help get you started within your own organization.
  • Learning Organization: Do you have a learning organization? Toyota has corporate divisions in agriculture, aircraft, automotive, bio-medical, chemicals, foods, financial services, genetic engineering, pharmaceuticals and racing. They are involved in any business where they can apply knowledge and transfer it throughout the corporation. We can explore practical methods to establish a learning organization.
