An entrepreneur, facilitator, engineer, speaker and author, he and his wife, Francie, have four children, are Purdue Boilermakers and live in Knoxville, TN.

Jim has the gift of bringing out the best in people and in the organizations he works with. Throughout his career he has developed valuable skills in sales and the art of video production. His dedication, commitment and loyalty is also evident as he received a letter of recognition for going above and beyond the call of duty in the US Army by volunteering to be the lead security vehicle across the Iraqi border in Desert Storm. He and his wife Wendy have three children, five grandchildren and are also directors of Look Inside Inc.
