Baseline Accelerator Workshop - 3 Day Workshop

Now equipped to engage real processes, products and systems, the Core Team begins Baseline. The purpose of the 3 Day - Baseline Accelerator is to develop a detailed understanding of how the current business operates and to identify all sources of variation within the current business systems. During the Baseline Accelerator the team will:

• Establish an initial target product family or system
• Develop detailed process flow maps of the existing processes
• Perform value-added activity analyses
• Perform demand and activity variation analyses
• Develop transformation baseline metrics and measures
• Develop plan for communicating baseline results

This is the critical learning phase of the Transformation Roadmap where the Core Team will learn more about how the business works than anyone ever has.
